For the tenth year already, the Jelgava municipal institution "Kultūra" invites 1-4 class groups to participate in the collage competition of the Ice Sculpture Festival. Entries creatively interpreting the theme "The World of Animals" can be submitted until January 13.

Each 1-4 the class can submit one collectively created collage for the competition. The work must be A2 in size, but various materials and techniques can be used in its creation.

Works can be submitted until January 13 at 10 a.m. to the clerk of the Jelgava municipality "Kultūra" at 6 K.Barona Street or sent by mail (postmark - January 13) to the address: JVPI "Kultūra", K.Barona Street 6, Jelgava, LV -3001, with the indication "For the student collage competition "International Ice Sculpture Festival in Jelgava"".

It should be noted that this year's competition is combined with the application announced last year, because last year the competition was canceled due to the epidemiological situation. Therefore, all class group and individual works submitted to the competition in 2020 will also be evaluated and compete for the main prize.
