The second day of the 24th International Ice Sculpture Festival ended in Jelgava with more than 65 ice works of art from 80 tons of ice, demonstrations of ice sculpture making and a wide entertainment program - attractions, engaging shows and concerts. Visitors are also invited to meet in Jelgava, see the sculptures made by sculptors and enjoy the program of cultural events on Sunday - February 5, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

More than 65 works of art are located on J\u0101nis \u010cakste boulevard and Pasta Island, the creation of which used 80 tons of ice. The 45 ice sculptures of the competition were created by 30 sculptors from 12 countries, drawing inspiration from the mythological figures and ancient deities of various cultures. There are also \"safe in love\" photo sculptures and the ice bar of the winery \"Ledus vieni\" in the territory.<\/p>\n

The visitors of the event are invited to dress according to the weather and to get acquainted with before going to Jelgava traffic organization scheme<\/a>, which will also be available in the mobile app during the festival \"Waze<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

Tickets can be purchased at all \"Bile\u0161u parad\u012bze\" ticket offices, as well as on the website bilesuparadize.lv<\/a>. Tickets are also valid electronically, they do not need to be printed.<\/p>\n

Take note! <\/strong>Visitors to the International Ice Sculpture Festival are invited not to bring pets, dogs will not be allowed in the event area. It is allowed to photograph and film sightseeing objects, but it is forbidden, without coordination with the municipality, to fly unmanned aircraft or drones over the territory of the event.<\/p>\n

The international ice sculpture festival is organized by the city of Jelgava and the institution \"Kult\u016bra\" in cooperation with the companies \"Ramirent\" and \"Husqvarna\".<\/p>\n

By arriving at the event, the visitor agrees to be filmed and photographed.
