At the end of last week, at the end of the 24th International Ice Sculpture Festival in Jelgava, dismantling works of the event area took place on February 6. During the arrangement of the territory, the sculptures were moved from J\u0101nis \u010cakste boulevard to the Post Island, so that from tomorrow, February 7, at 12 o'clock, anyone interested can view them for a symbolic fee. Therefore, the Pasta Island behind the skating rink and the playground is still temporarily closed.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

Ice sculptures on the theme of ancient deities created by 32 sculptors from 12 countries will be on display on the Pasta Island as long as the weather permits. The sculpture exhibition can be visited every day from 12:00 to 19:00. Some of the sculptures are not under the canopy. They are subject to the influence of the weather, therefore we invite interested parties to plan their visit to the exhibition in good time. Entrance fee for adults is 3 euros, pupils, students, pensioners and people with disabilities are 2 euros, and children under 7 years old are free of charge. It is possible to buy an entrance ticket by paying both in cash and with a bank card at the cash desk at the entrance to the territory.<\/p>

In Jelgava, from February 3 to 5, the 24th International Ice Sculpture Festival was held in three places in the city - J\u0101nis \u010cakste boulevard, Pasta island and the open-air concert hall \"M\u012btava\", where it was possible to enjoy the cool art.
